Reproducible starting points

Follow these routes to distinguish accession-backed evidence from metadata-only or unavailable layers and to reach the correct analysis tools.

Trace an organelle record

Search for a species, open an available chloroplast or mitochondrial layer, inspect accession and coordinate evidence, then obtain the corresponding tree Newick file and manifest.

Start with Perilla

Inspect pathway evidence

Open a pathway family and compare its source-pipeline count with the separately reported browsable-locus count. Treat all entries as computational candidates.

Open pathway atlas

Compare two homologs

Select a gene first. Species selectors are restricted to taxa with a matching sequence type; missing combinations return a structured explanation.

Open rbcL alignment

Interpret availability consistently

StateMeaning
AvailableAn accession-backed dataset and usable evidence page are present.
Metadata onlyA source record exists without an accession-backed analyzable layer.
UnavailableNo record is included for the layer in this release.
